Beginners – Advice needed 6 years, 6 months agoHi everyone! I’ve recently added fulvic acid, 10 drops in a veggie cap every morning. After 10 days my knee joints hurt so bad it was hard to walk up and down the stairs. Impossible to squat or get on my knees. I’ve never had joint pain before. After watching many many videos of Dr. Cassar about the many protocols, I think I’m now ready to do the water fasting (I’ll start slow w/ the 3-day onto a 7-day if I can). But still would like some advise from the experts 🙂

in 2 days I will break my then 7 day water fast. Could you please give some advice on how to break the fast so to stay in ketosis. I know, no sugars and slowly, but would appreciate some specifics.
