Today is day 13 and I have been more energetic than when I was eating. Day 2 was a little slow, but after that I was good. The key is to keep drinking the water every time you empty. Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a video where Dr Cassar talks about the sinuses. I have very annoying nasal polyps which restrict my breathing and was hoping there was a protocol to relieve them. The only thing about sinuses I heard him say was to not put the alcohol solution up there as it will stop you from being able to breath via the nose.
