Superfood Dip/Sauce:
Soaked chia seeds and sunflower seeds, coconut oil, 2 cucumbers, himalayan salt, chilli with seeds, 3 heaping spoonfuls of barley grass powder, 3 heaping spoonfuls of sauerkraut, handful of rocket/arugala, 2 squirts of fulvic acid.

Dr. Robert Cassar 10 years, 1 month agoDr. Robert Cassar, what are your thoughts on medicinal mushrooms such as reishi, chaga, miatake, shiitake, cordyceps etc? I don’t think I’ve seen you use them. I’ve researched them for a while and they seem cool, I take them regularly, I’d love to get your take on them.

I’ve seen a number of Aussies at the retreat yet it isn’t directly possible to have the products shipped to Australia last time I checked. I live in Australia and would love to get these products, I’d totally buy from Earth Shift Products if it were easier to get.

Money as a Tool 10 years, 1 month agoFirstly do things that are cheap, and use them a lot, and when you get something, really use it. Sometimes I get a whole bunch of supplements and don’t use them and then I am thinking of buying more, but then I realize with the little money I currently have it makes sense I use up what I have.
