Dr. Robert Cassar 8 years, 4 months agoI employed the intermittent water fasting diet with the 21 citrus cleanse (though i didn’t stay on it for 21 days) and lost 5lbs of parasites in 2 weeks. I ate mostly vegetable salads but I also ate small quantities of meat and an occasional burger (Lord have mercy). with fries.
