    Hi everyone, I’m new and I’m dry water fasting. I’m on day 13. It’s rough but I’m making it work. My goal is 30 to 40 days. Monday will be day 15 I’m doing the vodka detox to
    clean out the small intestine. So far I’ve done 4 Colemas. The creatures are very unhappy and causing turbulence. If anyone has any advice, directions or warning with how to approach this it would be greatly appreciated.

    • This is great advice! For months I had been working up to a 7 day water fast, and I still wasn’t really ready for it when I did it. Had to stop on day 6 with so much gas and cramping that I could barely walk.

      It’s so tempting to do longer fasts, but without medical supervision and adequate pre-work, they can be not so beneficial. I did have much benefit from the 6 days I did it, but psychologically, I’m a bit scared to do another long one unless I’m under supervision. 2-3 days will standard until this can happen.

    • Hi Dr. Bryce, How are you? Thank you for your advice. I was so new at the time, I did not realized I would be notified by email which I have just came across not to long ago. I wanted to change my body so bad. I desired a new start on life. I couldn’t do 30day of water fasting but I did complete 29 days. That was my very first water fast I went for it BC I believed I could withstand. I figure if I could do the bikram 30 day challenge how hard could this be? Baby….it was rough as hell on wheels so I did the best I could. I am so grateful for Dr.Cassar’s information videos, It really helped me. I am now on day 9 of a ten day fast so I can more smoothly move into a vegan ketogenic diet. I just wanted to say thank you so much. Would you please send me some information on your retreat? I would love to come and work on myself even more.
