Dr. Robert Cassar, what are your thoughts on medicinal mushrooms such as reishi, chaga, miatake, shiitake, cordyceps etc? I don’t think I’ve seen you use them. I’ve researched them for a while and they seem cool, I take them regularly, I’d love to get your take on them.
