Newbie…tried to make a ferment…it rotted so now Im back to just making cabbage and salt ferments..watched a lot of videos…but still lost…what a waist of time and ingredients.

Hello everyone,
I just joined Earther Academy as a paid member after 3 months of watching the youtube videos. There is so much information I am feeling a little overwhelmed. Any advice for where to start on protocols as a beginner would be greatly appreciated.
