Water Fasting 7 years, 8 months agoIs it recommended to do enemas while n a water fast? And if so, which probiotic which be recommended? I imagine if one were to take some ferments it would cancel out the water fast… Thank you so very much! 🙂

Thank you brother! 🙂 Well in this moment in time, I don’t have the alchahol skin clean solution that Dr. Cassar recommends, however before I go to the sauna I use skin brushing. While I’m in the sauna, I use my fingers (perhaps its best to start using some sort of guasha tool, which would make it more effective). After I’m done the sauna, I hit up the cold showers.

Water Fasting 8 years, 1 month agoHey guys, I am wondering…
I am on my 22nd day of my water fast, and have been noticing myself feeling super nauseous 90% of the time – especially when drinking water. I have vommited for about 7 days straight since day 14 or so. I do have a good amount of reserves, so my body is fine in that sense.
