Borax: Friend or Foe? 10 years, 12 months agoI am re visiting this forum and see a lot of people have joined but no one posted or commented – has anyone else tried taking Borax? I still take it on and off pretty regularly, I feel it is good for me. Love to read any one else’s posts.

I dont understand the 21 days on and 7 days off thing. I am coming off of a standard american diet and need some advice on how to get started. Thanks!

What a drug, A drug for the masses, and one of the hardest to let go of for me that is. Dead empty skeletonised calories, it makes me sick. But that white fluffy powder finds its way back into to me again and again. GRRRR

What an abundance of fruit, so lucky right:) I have small fruit garden consisting of tomatoes, green peppers, spring onion, and lots of Qcumbers. BREATH 11 years agoWhen exercising, it seems to me I can do more with less stress once I inhale as deeply as possible. Once I use that oxygen I am able to exhale deeply and re-inhale in order to continue with whatever I am doing.
Is this as affective as breathing in and out with every movement? -
