I add Caraway seed to the regular recipe, not the Superfood version with the added ingredients and seaweeds. Original Healthy Recipes 8 years, 7 months agoHere is my recipe for “magnet water.” I guess it makes it more alkaline which the body likes, and it is sparkling clear. We have well water (140 ft. deep) and a whole house salt filtration system. The water still has the metallic flavor of “keys” (as my baby used to say. Remember that flavor from childhood?) Original Healthy Recipes 8 years, 7 months ago(I am moving this from my initial posting when I joined). 🙂 Today I started some flax crackers and a banana ferment. I don’t have a food dehydrator. Wondering if I can keep the oven on low and keep turning it off for 5 hrs? I’ll have to see how much they cost and get one.
