    Athena’s Spicy Hawaiian Rice (vegetarian or vegan??)~ In a microwaveable glass bowl, (minced garlic—-totally optional!), red onion, bell pepper, celery, chili powder (like you flavor chili with-has cumin), ginger, clove, cinnamon, chicken bouillon (OR Poultry Seasoning and some olive oil OR Sage), Sole salt, mixed veggies (corn, carrot, peas, green beans), pineapple pieces, and some (shhh!) margarine or Dr. Cassar’s coconut butter with turmeric, drop of Figaro smoke flavoring or imitation bacon bits (not real), some New Orleans style pepper or jambalaya spice (or Tabasco) and a small amount magnet water to steam in all in. Cover and nuke a few minutes until softened, Stir in some precooked fluffy white or yellow rice. Heat (or chill) and serve.
    Does anyone know how to saute spices and veggies without heat (RAW) OR how to make rice without using heat??? I don’t.
