Would a Quartz (as opposed to citrine or amethyst) crystal necklace work as well, or would that kind of crystal turn me into an AM/FM radio? Does it have to be in a natural shape to work to scatter the waves? Would Aquamarine work? My ears are singing right now and I will try practically anything. I have tried wearing a magnet in my pocket.

Should ferments make my stomach gurgle and hurt a bit? I am lactose intolerant but didn’t use any in the ferments except a little juice from yogurt. Maybe too much of a good thing? On my first day of water fasting I was eating sweet relish from the store. That didn’t bother me.

My husband is an electrical technician. He also is a Country boy with a phone (or two!) (Goodwill bought) in every room (I think its 14 now) and a TV in most rooms. I don’t have a Sauna. I will have to look into local hotels that offer spa memberships. Maybe see how much they cost to buy or for my husband to build. This will take time.
