Another aspect of being on keto is moderate protein intake. Too much protein will then burn as sugar. I found Dr Mercola’s chronometer tool essential for me when I was switching over to burning fat, along with seeing my macros and nutrients. I was able to fine tune my eating and Intermittent fasting.

Hello everyone.
Im looking into buying a sauna. Doing my research I’ve come across Sauna Ray in Canada, which seems yo be the safer option because they make them without the glue. Very expensive though. Has anyone got one or advise on a different make which are safe.
