Moanin’. Ha! Gosh, it’s early for me. You, too? It’s a DARK AND RAINY MORNING here in sunny Florida. I am breaking my fast by having my magnet water, black coffee, some peanut butter and a banana. Peanut butter has ketones in it. Banana has potassium. I’m taking the B12 and Niacin every day for nerve regeneration because I HAVEN’T EATEN MEAT IN 2 WEEKS AND MY SKIN LOOKS WONDERFUL. No…Read More

Aloha Kakahiaka (Good Morning!) Day Whatever 🙂 , Magnet Water, Black coffee so far! Broke yesterday’s fast at 3 a.m. this morning with 3 cups of plain yogurt (sweetened with Splenda, a little confectioner’s sugar, almond and vanilla extract). Not many calories for the day!

ALOHA! Remember when I told you guys that I made some Plum ferment and was going to try it? Well, it’s been 3 days and I filled up a small pint size jar. Picture this. You have a can of Plum soda (no such thing) which you dropped in the grocery store parking lot. It rolled around but you pick it up and take it home. After all that shopping, It’s hot and you’re thirsty so you remember you…Read More

Took Dr. Cassar’s advice. Stopped eating meat about 10 days ago and because my nerves felt brittle and on edge, so I took B12 and Niacin (B3). Guess what? I vacuumed the whole house! Took some today as well to see if I have the same energy. Will let you know!

For beginners: When you make your vodka skin cleaning tonic, be sure to rub hard with a towel. I was using mine like an astringent on a cotton ball and it wasn’t helping! If you skin is sensitive water down to 50% just the part for your face. You will need the stronger potion for your body. I didn’t have any vodka so I made a tiny bottle using imitation almond extract. It’s clear, it’s…Read More

If you are hungry on a water fast, have a large spoon of coconut oil and some ferment. If you haven’t made it yet, have some relish. I used sweet. Watch Dr. Cassar’s videos on making ferments. They pack a punch. Sometimes they ARE a punch. My bitter orange one tastes like Grand Marnier. And they will clean you up.

ALOHA! Day 4, 2nd round intermittant water fasting. Breakfast: magnet water and one tsp. bitter orange ferment. Lunch, magnet water and hot onion broth with tablespoon of coconut oil. (Pretty salty but that’s good because I won’t be flowing too much.) Had my meds this morning with one soda cracker so I won’t get nauseated and lose them. Going to taste the plum ferment today. I will let…Read More

Well, I had my own recipe for RABBIT SALAD (WITH A HARD BOILED EGG ON THE SIDE) and EARTHER FLAX CRACKERS for early supper and later, a small bowl of my THAI CURRY AND RICE (RECIPE POSTED) using boiled eggs instead of chicken. Not too bad but next time, I’ll eat the egg separately. I ran out of the canned curry paste so I made my own and wow, it was so fresh and good! These are the…Read More

Day 3, Round 2 Intermittant fasting GOT OUT MY CALCULATOR. I must be drinking 24 cups of magnet water plus at least 2 quarts (8 cups) plus coffee (1 cup) and Hibiscus tea (2 cups). I should be swimming away! Funny how it takes away hunger pains. Just did the math 1.875 gallons…Target is 2 gallons. So I need to drink 2 more cups! It would be easier to be a FISH. Then I could just…Read More
