Dr. Robert Cassar 9 years agoHi! I have a portable steam sauna, will that be sufficient for me for at least the short term? I pump ozone and essential oils into it. I have had a FIR sauna in the past, but need to save up for another.

I think audio book is a good method for people who have 3rd eyes that take over their vision when they try to read. Just lay back and meditate, hear every word but dont let any word take your mind on a distracting journey. (if it does it most likely means you arent ready for the info)
