Hi i like to ask what kind of enema did you do? Just water? i did the charcoal, baking soda and silica, salt i think i absorbed it all. Not sure if i did not messed up my water fast ? I found no info on the web site how to fast…i guess everyone just comes to his resort 😉

Hello i like to ask if i can water fast on alkaline water? i have the alkalizer machine at home it does good alkaline water. I like to buy in future the destillator, but wanted to start experiment with fasting, i like to know what is you opinion on this issue, thank you for your time .
