Ketogenic Diet and Lifestyle 8 years agoAnother aspect of being on keto is moderate protein intake. Too much protein will then burn as sugar. I found Dr Mercola’s chronometer tool essential for me when I was switching over to burning fat, along with seeing my macros and nutrients. I was able to fine tune my eating and Intermittent fasting.
