Sprouted nuts, fermented beans, sprouted seeds, raw milk, pasture eggs.
Aloha, Tony! Thank you! What sorts of nuts will sprout? Peanuts? I will take your advice and try to sprout and ferment some dried beans and sunflower seeds (that haven’t been salted). I don’t live near a Whole Foods or farmer’s market so don’t have access to raw milk or pasture eggs at this time. Does fermenting and sprouting increase the protein or just make the food more available to the body? I am new to this vegetarian lifestyle. I’ve omitted meat from my diet for 3 weeks and feel great but am getting really tired of beans! lol. I’m thinking of making a “crumble” mixture of beans and season as if it is different meats and use it in recipes. Thank you for your comment about wine! You must be Italian? If I had been a boy, my father would have named me Anthony. Mahalo!
