Water Fasting 8 years, 7 months ago(Day 1, 2nd course. 1st was 14 days, intermittent) I had electrical energy, felt happy, aware, sociable, got out of the house and into nature, and completed things done I’ve been meaning to do for 7 days. I wish I had skipped supper.

Dr. Cassar, I watched your older videos The Color of Music 1 and 2. They was great! I will never listen to a piece of music without seeing it also. Your illustration of how the lower registers of a piano are like the poor food quality we eat in vibration (frequency). I have a much greater understanding of why food selection is so important. Every student should watch them.

Water Fasting 8 years, 7 months agoStarting my second water fast after 7 days of eating. Even though I normally don’t have breakfast anyway, I am almost shaking! I think my parasites know and are freaking out!

If I had been SMART I would have skimmed off the yeast, dried it, and baked with it! Also, if I was SMART I wouldn’t put alcohol (yeast) in my ferments! Now I need to get some probiotic pills to put in it or at least some yogurt. That’ll gobble up the yeast! I think

I read somewhere else that if yeasty smell, to throw it out so I started over. This time with just sweet coconut milk, coconut (for fiber because it likes to grow in fiber), 2 T. of brandy, and magnetized water. I wonder if I was opening the jar too often. Well, today is my 7th day of transitioning and I go back for another round of dry water fasting tomorrow! Don’t know if it will be 14 days again or not. I didn’t actually do a block dry water fast, but an intermittant one. Is anyone else fasting?
