Water Fasting 8 years agoOK. It is day 4, Friday, of my latest fast and I just could wait to spill the beans. It is 7am in the morning here in Boston, though I have been up since 5am (full of energy and couldn’t sleep) and I feel FANTASTIC.

I am on my 22nd day of my water fast, and have been noticing myself feeling super nauseous 90% of the time – especially when drinking water. I have vommited for about 7 days straight since day 14 or so. I do have a good amount of reserves, so my body is fine in that sense.
