I have a question regarding the hair regrowth and hair thickening recipe.
4 oz of Pure Coconut Soap (I use Dr. Bronner’s)
3-4 oz of Light Roast Strong Brewed Organic Coffee

I have the same experience. The best thing to do I have found is to lead by example. Don’t push upon them and keep doing your thing and when they see the changes they will ask you how you did it.
