I am not happy with The steam pure water distiler, maybe you can tell me what’s wrong. The levels do not coincide so The filtre can not be conected to the bottle as you show on your website, can you send other bottles that are at a lower level or send another machine, what do you suggest I do?

I have 2 questions. 1.) When making the Blue Green Algae can I close the air from it or will it all die? 2.) When making the gut-wall flora drink with the probiotics do you have to keep the jar closed. I tried growing them in an open jar and it grew mold.
