I am not happy with The steam pure water distiler, maybe you can tell me what’s wrong. The levels do not coincide so The filtre can not be conected to the bottle as you show on your website, can you send other bottles that are at a lower level or send another machine, what do you suggest I do?

Which type of water is the best? Worst? Is reverse osmosis water better than distilled? Why is it better/worse? Is alkaline water better than regular, purified water? Are there any additional minerals that can be added to water that make it better? Thank you.
