This is just a short list. Most of these things can be found in audio book on youtube. I think audio book is a good method for people who have 3rd eyes that take over their vision when they try to read. Just lay back and meditate, hear every word but dont let any word take your mind on a distracting journey. (if it does it most likely means you arent ready for the info)

i enjoy the older texts when doing spirituality stuff. Most ancient texts take a visual mind to read since you are picturing the topic of the words (listening to the words without the picture usually leads to the mind wondering and being distracted for most people) In all spiritual texts its also important to see yourself as the topic or main person in the story(sorry if this stuff seems obvious, but i havent really met many who could extract meaning from spiritual text.

    Some examples and their uses.

Tao te ching. (centering, a visualisation of the void, it also explains the difference between polarity and unity consciousness),, but its veiled unless you use 3rd eye to see the image.

Meditations of marcus aurilious. (a karma clearing tool, Stoicism, Puts personal issues of any kind in the grander scale minimising their importance in the grand scheme and helping you release them.

Kybalion ( an overview of spiritual law. again mostly understood when your third eye is in play.

upanishads.. An explanation of the soul and its workings..

The 6th book in the “book of 5 rings” = an explanation of how information is taken in and how it is not. “knowledge = the door to wisdom/ not wisdom itself.

Learning the rules of logic and what logical fallacy is.. Without this you will not know if your information is pure or just foe knowledge.

Scientific method .. full understanding. In order to separate right from wrong and see the great experiment.

    Levels of learning.

    1. unconscious ignorant.. = you dont know that you dont know.
    2. conscious ignorant..= you know that you dont know.
    3. conscious competent = you know that you know
    4. unconscious competent = the tao / moment. where the knowledge of whatever skill this is becomes part of you and there is no longer a need to think it.

all religious texts have some aspect of truth if you weed through the story. If you understand it is not literal.

lots more. Ill keep it shorter for now.

There are modern interpretations of these texts..

Eckard tolle “power of now” = modern version of tao te ching.

Aberham hicks = somewhat modern version of spiritual laws. ( still veiled in wierd wording)

once you have enough collected information on the spiritual path, there is no longer a physical path outside of the spiritual.

Hmm thats a long, lot of random info. I can keep going if anyone finds anything of interest.
