Long Term Terrain Modification 11 years agoIt’s now summer in Melbourne Australia , my home town. What an abundance of fruit, so lucky right:) I have small fruit garden consisting of tomatoes, green peppers, spring onion, and lots of Qcumbers. I have a feeling growing your own food is one of the best things ever. Watching my garden grow this year has been very rewarding. Harvesting even more. And sharing the harvest with friends…Read More

Pet Health & Terrain Modification 11 years agoI am interested in knowing if pets would benefit from the Ionic Minerals and also living silica added to their water supply. I have 6 cockatiels and as of now they just drink tap water which I know is suboptimal. What would be the dose to add to say a gallon of water so that I could refill their dishes with this mixture as needed? Thanks!

BREATH 11 years agoWhen exercising, it seems to me I can do more with less stress once I inhale as deeply as possible. Once I use that oxygen I am able to exhale deeply and re-inhale in order to continue with whatever I am doing.
Is this as affective as breathing in and out with every movement? -
