For half my life, this inquisitive human (myself) has suffered with Severe Depression . . . result of trying too hard to deal with distractions or abject falsehoods, just to name a few. Passion . . . entertainIng biological sense with a taste for adventure.. Anxiety, somewhere in between. Meditation as you mentioned below, is homeostasis for the body. I still get anxious, but I try to…Read More

I would think that controlled nasal breathing would dictate your pace, like a jogger. If I inhale deeply and pause, I sometimes get dizzy. My blood pressure can be high and and my tinnitus gets loud and my body gets noisy. I prefer to exhale deeply first, and hold that flat, empty belly, having an easier time pausing after a deep exhale, and can mentally drift in silence as I wait for my…Read More

The nose knows! Got emotions? Exhale deeply yoga style, force it out! Feel those emotions empty out onto the cosmos! The lungs now empty want air, but take a few seconds in a controlled pause to realize “all systems on hold!” -your health is more important than that distraction, that emotion. Then, inhale thru the nose in a controlled yoga style . . . The nose will guide breathing…Read More

    This hobo is meandering down the tracks . . . A Wiki definition . . .
Meander: A meander, in general, is a bend in a sinuous watercourse or river. A meander forms when moving water in a stream erodes the outer banks and widens its valley, and the inner part of the river has less energy and deposits silt. A stream of any volume may assume a meandering course, alternately eroding sediments…Read More
