Woking on making fermented pro-biotic fruit next, fermeted vegetables are so good, kombucha, dips…….all your recipes are fantastic.

I’ve been thinking about buying a water distiller, but I’m kind of confused. Dr. Cassar always says that stainless steel is nickelware “not good”. I know he uses a distiller, but those distillers are all stainless…how could that be safe?
