4 oz of Pure Coconut Soap (I use Dr. Bronner’s)
3-4 oz of Light Roast Strong Brewed Organic Coffee

Water Fasting 7 years, 11 months agoOK. It is day 4, Friday, of my latest fast and I just could wait to spill the beans. It is 7am in the morning here in Boston, though I have been up since 5am (full of energy and couldn’t sleep) and I feel FANTASTIC.

Changes In Physical Apperance 7 years, 11 months agoI am loving the vodka cleaning solution diluted for cleaning my face. I have so many skin exfoliating products. I thought that they did a good job till I used the vodka solution. My face is so soft and smooth now. I had pores on my nose that were filling up with gunk. I am 60 years young so was kinda weird.
