I’m on day 4, 4/8 drop per day dosage. used w/ enema , bath, sinus wash, drop in ears as well. so far so good. do feel my eyes are more oxygenized, metal a bit more clarity, more alive.. kind like when i first used ozone water. i would recommend it to try it based on the research i have done. What liquid and how much should I be drinking? What are the minderals that I should re mineralize my body w/?

Nice. what protocol have you done? what was the health issues you are trying to clear ? I am dealing w/ black mold, toxic mycotoxin , very much like lyme disease in severe level, multiple chemical sensitivity.
I am on Day 6 distilled water fast, so far so good.. would love to completely at least a 21 days for max health benefits
