in 2 days I will break my then 7 day water fast. Could you please give some advice on how to break the fast so to stay in ketosis. I know, no sugars and slowly, but would appreciate some specifics.

I don’t know if the 10 vaccines I got in one sitting then are partly responsible or not and doctors did all kinds of tests and couldn’t find anything.
