I have watched the getting started videos and much more. but I need some step by step instruction on getting started with terrain modification. I dont understand the 21 days on and 7 days off thing. I am coming off of a standard american diet and need some advice on how to get started. Thanks!

How much water should I drink per day. I told my mother 1 oz. per lb. of body weight and she and her roommate said that was way to much. That I could die drinking so much water.
