Dr. Robert Cassar, what are your thoughts on medicinal mushrooms such as reishi, chaga, miatake, shiitake, cordyceps etc? I don’t think I’ve seen you use them. I’ve researched them for a while and they seem cool, I take them regularly, I’d love to get your take on them.

Does anyone get Earth Shift Products sent to them in Australia? I’ve seen a number of Aussies at the retreat yet it isn’t directly possible to have the products shipped to Australia last time I checked. I live in Australia and would love to get these products, I’d totally buy from Earth Shift Products if it were easier to get.

I started terrain modification 2 months ago and so far everything is fain.
One question: how to make sure the liver is ready to intensify its activity to eliminate toxins during a water fast?
