MMS Protocols 9 years, 10 months agoI still have no idea where I stand on this. My boss gave it to me for a nasty candida overgrowth/infection. Sauna tactics 9 years, 11 months agoWhen I started I could handle 20-30 minutes, now I can handle about 30-40 minutes. I sweat pretty damn good as well. How long could you do initially? How long can you do now? Did you sweat properly in the beginning?
