Woking on making fermented pro-biotic fruit next, fermeted vegetables are so good, kombucha, dips…….all your recipes are fantastic.

Dr. Robert Cassar 10 years, 8 months agoI have stubborn acne that is on my face, back and chest! I eat a vegan diet and it did improve on a vegan diet but it is still persisting. Not sure what I need to do to rid myself of face and body acne.
