Healing Powers of being Grounded to the Earth 8 years agoHow often are we walking in our bare feet outside in nature? I admit that I have not done so much lately in the cold outdoors in the Midwest U.S. but I need to do something amidst the trees soon. I ordered the D3 supplement today, among other wonderful items, even though I don’t have seasonal affective disorder. How are you managing? Be well.

(Wonderful Fruit Salad my mom makes at Christmas. I’m going to turn it into a ferment). Use Organic ingredients, when available.
4-6 large, peeled oranges cut into bite sized pieces (about 1 X 1 inch)
