I have been trying to get my thyroid under control, (I have NEVER taken any medicine for it nor do I plan too) I know I need to drink distilled water, which I am trying to save up and make it my goal to buy one by New Year’s. I have a very stressful life and really working on doing away with all the stress and just get back to my natural happy self! I do iodine on my wrist and throat 2 times a day and I can tell when I skip a day or two. I have lost all of my energy this past month and haven’t been able to shake it. What are some other protocols others have done that have worked?
