Helping Others 9 years, 10 months agoI have 2 questions. 1.) When making the Blue Green Algae can I close the air from it or will it all die? 2.) When making the gut-wall flora drink with the probiotics do you have to keep the jar closed. I tried growing them in an open jar and it grew mold.

Helping Others 10 years agoI’ve helped a number of people achieve better health and wellness through giving them ideas to improve everything they are doing. I enjoy upgrading peoples health philosophy so that they can help themselves.
In particular I got someone into the foot soaking with vodka and minerals and this has helped their high blood pressure.
