For half my life, this inquisitive human (myself) has suffered with Severe Depression . . . result of trying too hard to deal with distractions or abject falsehoods, just to name a few. Passion . . . entertainIng biological sense with a taste for adventure.. Anxiety, somewhere in between. Meditation as you mentioned below, is homeostasis for the body. I still get anxious, but I try to put on a forced smile, and that helps with “releasesation” and breath. It’s a special feeling to be in that “nirvana” and Terrain Modification allows for cosmic drifts of ecstasy to occur seamlessly
When you say, “we don’t require air”, what do you mean; like “skin breathing” instead of the lungs?
I mean that if the worlds air changes and there is not enough oxygen or such, our bodies will either have to adapt and run on something else or get oxygen exclusively from water or other source.
our ability to survive is based upon our ability to adapt and flow with the change of the universe in amazing grace. Before aerobic creatures existed there was an excess of co2 and a world full of anaerobic organisms. Mainly algae. As they grew and the supply of co2 dwindled to the excess oxygen created by their waste, other creatures who thrived off oxygen evolved into the complex ecosystem we have today. A world full of trash or treasure for beuty and life are in the eye of the beholder.
