The nose knows! Got emotions? Exhale deeply yoga style, force it out! Feel those emotions empty out onto the cosmos! The lungs now empty want air, but take a few seconds in a controlled pause to realize “all systems on hold!” -your health is more important than that distraction, that emotion. Then, inhale thru the nose in a controlled yoga style . . . The nose will guide breathing rhythms spontaneously, but its important to breath in and out only thru the nose . . . It’s just you and your breath now; focus on the breathing only. A silent moment of peace . . . pause . . . you will be more calm to face your emotional distractions. Meditate, breath and be renewed.
When they research meditation and find that the simple act of focusing conciously on breathing realeases all stress and returns complete homeostasis to the body, science is now saying: if all you do is sleep and breathe in love, hold happiness and realease gratitude for all that is, you will become everything you could ever try to be.
