    I wonder if whenever tension is felt in any form, if we breathe in the tension in transform it and let it go with our exhale, will we still have tension?
    It could always be repeated, yet point being. There is no NEED for struggle?

    When pondering muscle relaxation I have noticed I could releive my tension by embracing it, examining it or figuring out what it was trying to tell me, and then I forgot it, it was no longer an issue for me.
