Refund & Return Policy

Each distiller produced by Pure & Secure, LLC must meet our high quality standards. For this reason, they are produced here in the heart of the USA where we can maintain strict oversight throughout the entire production process. Each distiller has a checklist assigned to it’s unique serial number and this checklist is updated throughout manufacture and assembly. Then we have an outside third-party quality assurance service come to inspect every unit produced that day. Once it passes inspection, every distiller undergoes a complete testing cycle and an evaluation of its operating performance.

It is this attention to detail that gives us peace of mind that each distiller that leaves our plant is in perfect operating condition when it is placed into the carton to be shipped to our valued customers. We appreciate your business. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition and purchased directly from the Pure & Secure factory. We will not accept returns from internet resellers or dealers of our products. Please contact them directly to initiate a return.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment less a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Residential Warranty Statement

We offer the best, most comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty in the industry. More important than our warranty however, is our history and our proof of quality. We have numerous water distillers in the field that are well over 35 or even 40 years old and they are still going strong. Every day, one or more distillers come into our service center to get cleaned up, and they go out looking brand new – and they will last another 40 years!

Anyone can put a warranty on a product, but can they back it up? More important than the warranty is the company that you are working with. We offer the best warranty AND we back it up with an amazing history. Here is our US residential warranty statement…

This product is warranted by Pure & Secure, LLC. to the original user only to be free of defects in materials and workmanship of fabricated stainless steel components for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of manufacture. All electrical components are warranted by Pure & Secure, LLC. to the original user only for a period of two (2) years from the date of manufacture.

Any defective part or parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period when the defective part is returned freight paid to : Customer Service Department Pure & Secure, LLC., 4511 NW 42nd St, Lincoln, NE 68524. The part or product will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Pure & Secure, LLC. and returned to the original purchaser freight collect unless otherwise instructed. This warranty specifically excludes subsequent purchasers claims, damage incurred during shipping, abuse, misuse or any damage resulting from the failure of the user to follow manufacturer’s directions. No warranty is provided for corrosion of stainless steel parts due to contact with Chlorides.

In order for this warranty to be effective, the user must return the warranty card postmarked no later than 10 days from the date of purchase (or complete online here). Other than as stated above, Pure & Secure, LLC. makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Pure & Secure, LLC. be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
