Superfood Dip/Sauce:
Soaked chia seeds and sunflower seeds, coconut oil, 2 cucumbers, himalayan salt, chilli with seeds, 3 heaping spoonfuls of barley grass powder, 3 heaping spoonfuls of sauerkraut, handful of rocket/arugala, 2 squirts of fulvic acid.

I’ve researched them for a while and they seem cool, I take them regularly, I’d love to get your take on them.

I’ve seen a number of Aussies at the retreat yet it isn’t directly possible to have the products shipped to Australia last time I checked. I live in Australia and would love to get these products, I’d totally buy from Earth Shift Products if it were easier to get.

Kindly share with me the knowledge of how I can solve this problem in the colon which has been here, I know realize for over a decade.
