I’m curious to know if anyone has an all natural / homeopathic type treatment for cataracts in dog’s?

I would love to hear what others do to keep their pets healthy. Right now I can’t afford a whole lot but I do make their meals feom fresh and dehydrated ingredients, including grass fed and local meats, pastured eggs, raw fats, chia seeds, hemp seeds and a little black walnut hull powder to keep parasites at bay.
