Ive been drinking Sole salt water, Hibiscus water, blue green algae water and lemon water on a regular and I have to say that implementing these 4 of 6 liquids of vitality had improved me overall energy levels, mental clarity and digestion. chlorella has tons of vitamin b12 and other b vitamins there for that could be whats making you feel nauseous. like marit77 said, take a smaller amount next time

Dr. Robert Cassar 9 years, 11 months agois anyone else not able to see videos past the beginner level? when I first became a member I was able to watch all the lectures and videos of all levels and now when I click on them they just show up as a blank white screen

i’ve been implementing some of the liquids of vitality into my daily practice and I have to admit as an athlete my body is really reacting well with the amount of hydration and nutrients its receiving as a result. Lime water, hibiscus water both as solvents during the night and first thing in the morning.
