I hope Dr. Cassar is good with that and that people would join the gruop. I have been making water kefir at home for a while, here is something I have done recently and I feel it is quite healthy. I took a cup of organic ashwaganda root chunks and placed it in my water kefir jar. Superfood Dip/Sauce:
Soaked chia seeds and sunflower seeds, coconut oil, 2 cucumbers, himalayan salt, chilli with seeds, 3 heaping spoonfuls of barley grass powder, 3 heaping spoonfuls of sauerkraut, handful of rocket/arugala, 2 squirts of fulvic acid.
