Firstly do things that are cheap, and use them a lot, and when you get something, really use it. Sometimes I get a whole bunch of supplements and don’t use them and then I am thinking of buying more, but then I realize with the little money I currently have it makes sense I use up what I have.

Many things relating to health aren’t necessarily about buying something. Exercising for instance is a free thing. Combine exercising with putting some bicarb in your shoes and socks, and putting magnesium chloride solution on your feet before putting them on your socks, and you have detoxed your body.

When you do the vodka and mineral foot soak, wash your feet beforehand so that you can reuse the soaking solution, this will save money.

I guess it is down to being smart with it. As you improve your health, and thus your output you can do more to get more money to improve your health and output, help others as well.
