Dr. Robert Cassar 4 years, 3 months agoDoes anyone have a recipe for a low histamine bone broth? I saw the 24h one but worry the histamine might take down. I bought an InstantPot to try making 2h bone broth and every 7 days increase the time by an hour (if no issues arises).
