Dr. Robert Cassar 8 years, 7 months agoALOHA! I’m MISSED you all. I got off track when I ran out of Seaweed and Niacin and using my old beauty products. I can tell I am clogged, in spite of doing gwashing and coconut oil and ferments. I tried Bravo yogurt (50 strains of bacteria) and stopped using the ferments to see if there is a difference. Dr. Robert Cassar 8 years, 8 months agoTo Dr. Cassar, ALOHA OHANA (family) 🙂 BROKE MY FAST after 15 hrs, which is 3 hrs earlier than normal. The Wyler’s (fake) beef bouillon (cube) in hot water with coconut oil was very good but I was still hungry so I had a cup of tomato soup with a little soy milk and half a sleeve of crackers!!!!!
