Hello Earth Shift Family. This blog is about the autoimmunity disease that people all over believe you have to live with. I have a story to share.
My sister has what is called Lupus, being an autoimmune disease. After these “doctors” told her she had it, she called me crying and scared. I had to tell her to calm down and that everything will be fine soon. So after a couple of months pass, sometime in May, she had many doctor appointments. One of these appointments she told me about caught my attention and made me laugh. She told me that the doctor she spoke with told her how their medicines and prescriptions that they give were so great and excellent that they have helped cure cancer (lol), and to NOT take herbs and other natural things. He didn’t give a reason why not to take herbs at all, but made sure he told her not to take them.
This is the reason I give no benefit of the doubt to these doctors. They are ignorant and seem to want to continue to be ignorant in their profession. thus, making them MURDERERS in my eyes.
Don’t mean to rant but I have a question for you all, I would really like to hear from Dr. Cassar or anyone who has defeated autoimmunity and anyone who is currently fighting it.
What is the Earth Shift way of getting rid of the infamous autoimmune disease???

    • Hey Spartan!, I think the way you get rid of an autoimmune disease is to find out what’s causing it. For years I had alternating bouts of constipation and diarrhea with a lot of gas/bloating. It later developed into colitis and in the end I was having upwards of 20 bowel movements a day. It would even seep out in my sleep. Gross, right. The M.D.’s didn’t offer me any solutions of guidance. I did my own research and found out I had a gluten sensitivity. Gluten is a family of proteins that are found in wheat, barley, rye and although oatmeal doesn’t inherently have gluten, it is often contaminated by an a gluten crop growing in an adjacent field. Solution: Stop eating wheat, barley & rye. In fact, I eat no processed foods at all and I make everything organic and from scratch. I healed my gut with probiotic foods and added an amino acid called L-Glutamine which the body utilizes to rebuild the lining of the intestine.

    • In terms of the Lupus or any illness for that matter, I would try to optimize the gut. Intestinal permeability (leaky gut) has been linked to autoimmune disorders including Lupus. The gut is 80% of our immune system and often called our “2nd Brain” because it produces the bulk of neurotransmiters that our brain and nervous system needs. Lupus is an inflammatory condition so natural anti-inflammatories such as Omega-3 fatty acids such as Fish oil (2 grams 3X/day) will help. Also, Borage oil which has GLA, Curcumin extract (I take Turmeric Phytosome with Meriva-Meriva is a patented curcumin), DHEA cream, Vitamins D & E, MethylSulfonylMethane (MSM), Digestive enzymes are helpful for optimal absorbtion of foods which promotes healing and also potent green drinks ala Dr. Cassar, including chlorella and spirulina. Accupressure (not massage). A technique called “Progressive Relaxation” helps reduce pain and stress. Almost forgot: also consider low, subclinical thyroid dysfunction. (Most of us are low on iodine and require a bit of supplementation). I know that this is long, but I do all of the above which has helped quite a bit. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia Syndrome which is a mystery type illness as is Lupus. I think at least part of the cause of my symptoms is Mitochondrial dysfunction. The Mitochondria are these little organelles that reside in our cells and are called the “Powerhouses” of our cells and ultimately for our body. I take a supplement called PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone) which increases the number and efficiency of these mitochondria. 10-20mg/day. This is cutting edge and relatively inexpensive in relation to how well it has benefited me. I have a LOT less fatigue. Hope this helps a bit. Peace!

    • Thanks for the comments Ted. Your story encouraged me a lot. It’s funny though that the M.D.’s told my sister not to take herbs but the crap that they are giving her. Also, I would like to know where exactly do you get these products? Even today, my parents and my sister seem to believe that they have to keep taking both the M.D.’s medicine along with the herbs she has to help her. Which is wrong. So I guess my next question would be to you Ted is when you made the decision to start taking the supplements mentioned in your comment, did you stop taking meds from the m.d.’s all together or did you wing yourself off of them first???

    • I walked away from the Rx industry several years ago after waking up and realizing I was being poisoned. I now completely manage my health through diet and supplementation and get an annual full blood work up to keep track, so when I say I’m doing well, I mean it.
For starters, I stopped eating GMO and chemicals; followed by removing all chemicals from my house; sundries, cleaners, etc. Then put a filter on my shower. All togeher, it really made a difference. My anemia, asthma, hyper-tension and high cholesterol is GONE; and along with them, the handful of little orange bottles that used to litter my bathroom cabinet. There are NO orange bottles in my home.
It’s hard as hell and I will not boast that I live this life to the letter every day, but simply making a strong effort to do so yields incredible results towards better health. I wish you and your sister well.

    • Thank you so much Kevin for sharing and the wishes. We will be well very soon.
