@jacob Thanks for the add Jacob. Saw your comment in the group you’ve created. I myself am into strength and muscularity. I have not even started the 180 Terrain Modification yet, but I will be soon and want to know the same as you about maintaining strength and size.

Thanks for the comments Ted. Your story encouraged me a lot. It’s funny though that the M.D.’s told my sister not to take herbs but the crap that they are giving her. Also, I would like to know where exactly do you get these products?
